Conditions of use

Access and use of the website are subject to the conditions stipulated herein. Accessing our website means that you agree to the previously stipulated conditions for using it. This website was developed and is managed by AMINO QUÍMICA LTDA (AMINO). AMINO reserves the right to withdraw from circulation or make partial or complete modifications to this site or the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. This site is intended for individuals over 18 years of age.

Permissions and restrictions

The User agrees not to use any part of the Website for any purposes without prior authorization from AMINO. The User declares agreement and awareness of the prohibition not to alter any part of the Website. The User agrees not to access the Website content by any technology other than the pages of the Website itself or other means unauthorized by AMINO. The User agrees not to use the Website for any other commercial purpose without the prior and express authorization of AMINO. Prohibited commercial uses include reselling access to the Website to obtain revenue through advertising or subscription, and any other use that results in competition or market loss for AMINO.

The User agrees not to copy or distribute any part of the content. The User agrees not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with features related to the Website’s security or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content, or that impose limitations on the use of the Website or its content. The User acknowledges that they are responsible for any false information provided in the use of the tool, as well as for any comments or content inserted on the Website. The User releases AMINO from any liability regarding the accuracy of personal data provided by them when using the tool, as well as any violation of third-party rights occurring through the tool on the Website resulting from their statements. Furthermore, the User acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions of Use of the tool offered by AMINO Brasil must be observed and faithfully followed under penalty of cancellation or blocking of use of the tool and other applicable measures if the mentioned Terms are violated or disregarded.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will AMINO, its executives, directors, employees, or legal representatives be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages resulting from: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal or material damage of any nature resulting from user access, use, and provision of information by the user on the website; (iii) interruptions or cessations of transmission to or from the website; (iv) any bugs, viruses, ransomware, malware, spyware, trojans, or similar that may be transmitted to or through the website by the user and/or any third parties; (v) errors or omissions in the content or loss or damage of any nature arising from the use of any content or email sent, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website, whether by acceptance of the Terms of Use, regardless of whether the User has been warned of the possibility of such damages. The User agrees that AMINO will not be held liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by third parties, and that the resulting damage will fall entirely on the user. AMINO has compiled the detailed information provided on this site from internal and external sources with professional diligence. The sole purpose of the information on the site is to present AMINO and its products and services. Given the possibility of eventual inaccuracies or outdated information published on the site, we recommend that the user check any information obtained from the site before using it in any way. AMINO may cancel any User’s registration at any time and without prior notice as soon as it becomes aware, at its sole discretion, that the User has intentionally or unintentionally violated these Terms and Conditions of Use or has violated federal, state, and/or municipal laws and regulations, or has violated legal principles, morality, and good customs. Users whose registrations have been canceled will no longer be able to use the tool.

User conduct rules

Some rules for the use of the Website defined by AMINO should be highlighted, and the User agrees not to use the tool for the publication, creation, storage, and/or dissemination of:

1. Abusive content such as texts, photos, and/or videos that are defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, harmful, contain expressions of hatred against individuals or groups, or contain child pornography, explicit or violent pornography, content that may be harmful to minors, insults or threats based on religion or race, or that encourage moral (including physical) and material damage, or that may violate any third-party rights, particularly human rights;
2. For advertising purposes and/or any type of electronic commerce that is considered illegal, such as those that are contrary to the law or offend third-party rights;
4. Use for other profiles of material (texts, photos, and/or videos) protected by copyright or that, for any reason, violate third-party rights;
5. Dissemination of defamatory and slanderous information or that is contrary to honor, personal and family privacy, or the image of individuals (including legal entities, entities, and organizations);
6. Use of content related to material that incites violence and criminality, as well as product piracy.
7. Access and use of the Website must not cause damage (e.g., file extensions and formats) to the AMINO Brasil system.

Intellectual property rights

AMINO respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and requires Users to do the same. All proprietary copyright rights to material submitted by the User remain the property of the User, and their name will be cited whenever the material is used by AMINO, as informed by the User, except if the space or physical support where it appears does not allow for this citation. The User agrees to comply with all national and international laws regarding Intellectual Property Rights.

Protection and privacy of personal data (LGPD)

AMINO is not responsible for any damages that the User may suffer as a result of disclosing the User’s or third parties’ personal data in materials published in comments. AMINO preserves the privacy of User data under the terms of Law 13709 of 14.08.2018 and agrees to disclose the User’s personal data only for one of the following reasons:

1. Due to applicable law for each specific case;
2. By means of an order or subpoena from an authority, authority, or court with jurisdiction to do so;
3. To ensure system security, protect rights, and prevent AMINO from being held liable.

General provisions

The User agrees that: (i) the headquarters of the website will be considered exclusively as being located in the city of Diadema, State of São Paulo, Brazil; the Terms of Use will be governed by Brazilian laws, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any claim or dispute between the user and AMINO arising from the use of the website will be resolved by a competent court located in the district of Jacareí, State of São Paulo, Brazil. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid by a competent court, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and in force.
