Hyper Soft Cylindrical Blocks

Currently, Amino has developed a technology to improve this production process, gaining efficiency in the process and improving the quality of the foam.

Hyper-soft foams are typically produced through the rectangular block manufacturing process. These foams are commonly used to add a touch of comfort to pillow-top mattresses or comfort pads.

The production process for this type of foam involves the following steps:

  1. Foam production
  2. Curing time
  3. Lamination
  4. Joining with adhesive
  5. Curing time for the adhesive
  6. Passing through the edge stitching process along with fabric

Amino has developed a new technology to improve this production process, increasing efficiency and enhancing foam quality.

Introducing the New Hyper-Soft Cylindrical Foam from Amino

The system that will boost your HS foam productivity.

What is AMIPOL BCHS 2018?

It is a cylindrical hyper-soft polyurethane system with a density of 21 KG/M³.

Where Can It Be Used?

The cylindrical HS block made with AMIPOL BCHS 2018 is placed on a lathe for lamination and used in the production of quilted fabric or pillow-tops.

What Are the Advantages of This Product?

  • Process improvement (saves time and space)
  • Better foam quality
  • Increased productivity

This system allows the production of a cylindrical block with dimensions ranging from 1.80 to 2.10m in diameter and 2.15 to 2.25m in height. When laminated, this block can produce approximately 310 linear meters of foam, assuming a thickness of at least 1cm (the thicker the pad, the shorter the length, and vice versa).

How to Store and Dispose of the Drum

  • Storage: Should be in containers made of steel, polypropylene, or high-density polyethylene. Keep the containers properly sealed in a well-ventilated area, protected from moisture and at room temperature, away from food products.
  • Disposal: Must be carried out in a facility appropriate for chemical waste/residue disposal.
